Diane focuses on long-range multigenerational planning. It begins by listening carefully to each client and learning about their aspirations and family dynamics, which are then translated into her planning process.

Utilizing her deep planning experience and sophisticated software from Raymond James called Goal Planning & Monitoring, Diane enters each client’s goals to assess appropriate asset allocation targets, spending or savings rates, and the probability of achieving those goals. It helps her clients understand how prepared they are for retirement, and see the effects that today’s saving and investment decisions can have on their future lifestyle.

Her objective for each client is to construct a long-range plan with achievable goals, while mitigating risk and managing wealth to support their retirement and legacy desires. She also incorporates estate and trust planning, long-term care, life insurance and asset allocation to align with the planning results.

As a Chartered Life Underwriter®, Diane has extensive knowledge centered on the complexities of life insurance underwriting for individuals and businesses. In addition, she holds the professional designation of Wealth Management Specialist.

Diane’s career in the financial services industry spans nearly 25 years. She shares the practice with David Criner, her business partner of more than 20 years. Before joining Raymond James in 2009, she held positions at Smith Barney and studied business administration at Thomas More College and Ohio State University.

Diane grew up on a farm in Southwest Ohio. “Having grown up in the Midwest as a farmer’s daughter, I was raised with a work ethic that included a mindset of controlling what you can, working hard to overcome obstacles and always operating with integrity,” Diane says.

Today, Diane makes her home in Troy, Ohio. She has two daughters, Baylee and Kaysee, and two grandchildren, Harrison and Sutton. In her free time, Diane enjoys fitness activities, gardening and hiking. She is an active member of her church and has served in multiple roles including hospitality, elder and trustee.
